CHALLENGE
A 15ML per day government sewer pipe network leaking H2S and odour was causing public complaints and health issues in the city (population 4 million). A dosing trial of a sewage pump station 3 kilometres upstream of the odour occurred with H2S results and odour surveys used to measure results..

RESULTS
H2S was reduced by 92%. Odour was reduced to ‘none/weak.
The results of this trial has led to the significant and ongoing use of the dosing product across other sites.
